Connecting sustainable solutions with partners and expertise

Our integration model helps clarify project needs, identify suitable technologies and partners, and coordinate international cooperation. Our role is to develop the initiative and connect the specialist capabilities it needs. Responsibilities and next steps are agreed for each initiative.

The same project, with fewer missteps

A client may have a need without a defined solution; a manufacturer may have a technology without a local project partner. IM HOLZ Nova helps connect these starting points, develop a shared brief and organise cooperation. Engineering, construction, research and financial services are provided by separately appointed specialists, with responsibilities agreed for each project.

Mobilise, integrate, enable

Mobilise: clarify the need and approach relevant participants. Integrate: compare technology options and develop a shared concept with specialists. Enable: agree responsibilities, information needs and next steps so participants can decide how to proceed.

Exploring suitable financing routes

We help initiate dialogue with financial institutions and identify information needed for assessment. Financial structuring and investment advice would be handled by qualified advisers. Financing depends on feasibility, eligibility and funder decisions.

  • Blended finance

Public, concessional and private funding may be explored with financial institutions and qualified advisers. The appropriate structure depends on the project and its assessment.

  • IFI instruments

We help identify potentially relevant institutions and discuss eligibility and information needs. Participation in any instrument depends on its requirements and formal appraisal.

  • Information for assessment

We help coordinate information requested by potential funders. Environmental assessments, eligibility reviews and certification work would be commissioned from relevant specialists where required.

  • Documented technology choices

We help identify documentation and procurement requirements with clients and specialist partners. Suppliers and advisers provide the relevant product evidence, assessments and certifications for the selected solutions.

From initial need to coordinated next steps

Five areas of support, with our involvement and specialist responsibilities agreed for each initiative.

  1. We work with the client to clarify needs, priorities, local context and the questions a project must answer.

  2. We identify potential manufacturers, engineers, research organisations, local teams and institutional partners suited to the brief.

  3. We help develop a shared concept with specialist partners and initiate discussions about feasibility and possible financing routes.

  4. Appointed engineers and suppliers assess and develop technical solutions. We help coordinate information exchange and interfaces between participants.

  5. Where agreed, we support coordination as an initiative progresses. Design, construction, commissioning and handover remain the responsibilities of the contracted professionals.

One philosophy, different projects

These concept-stage initiatives illustrate our integration approach: bringing relevant technologies and partners around a shared need. Partnerships, feasibility and financing remain to be developed for each initiative.
